Front desk Barbara was super friendly and nice. Provider Laura Seczech was amazing for the visit, was able to get me in and out in a timely fashion. Main issue that I noticed was that there was no medical assistant to room me as a patient. Provider had to come out and room me because there was no staff available.
Just spent the entire day trying to get through to this office starting this morning. Waited in line then opted to have the callback option. No callback so kept calling them and getting in line and then they would drop my call after about an hour on hold. I had a call from another Virtua Scheduling department and when I told them the problem I was having they told me that no one is answering the calls there because that office is closed today. Scheduled an appointment online based on a referral from my Rheumatologist. Received two texts to confirm my appointment and I called a week ahead to confirm my appointment. I took a day off from work and showed up 15 mins before my appointment and was told that the doctor cannot see me today because I was a new patient!!! That the Virtua online app should not have let me schedule this appointment and I should have called to schedule with them. Waited over a month for an opening. Showed up 20 mins early for a 1030AM appointment and at 1130AM still wasn't called back. Was told the doctor had multiple patients in the back and was running late. 6 other patients came in after me and were called in for thier appointments on time. My pregnant girlfriend has a checkup scheduled at 1230 so I had to leave in order to get her to her appointment so I took off work for nothing after waiting over a month to be seen and was told they couldn't fit me in anytime time soon it was "... read more
I have been going here for about 4 years now I Love Them I see Ms Laura and Mr Duckles they listen to me I would highly recommend them!
