This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I called to schedule an appointment with my doctor, whom I’ve been seeing for a long time and who knows my case well. Instead, they scheduled me with a nurse without informing me. While she was very kind, she was unable to answer my important questions. The staff was unprofessional and rude, and I will never be returning to this clinic again."
This place is awful!! Dont go here!!! Horrible experience. They failed to notify me of not 1 but 2 of my appointments. I took off work and rearranged babysitters. I went in and they told me..oh so sorry Dr is in surgery. We can see you in a month and then told me they left a message- but turnd out they called the wrong #. Then a month later they I return and the same thing!!!! 2 canceled appointments with no notice. I went to them years ago and left due to poor care. Stupid me for going back! After reading the reviews, I now realize it is not just me. This office is terrible! I have been a patient of this practice for 10+ years ... however due to the following, i have decided that its time for me to move on. 1. Me not receiving full and accurate information about my visits prior to showing up to my appointments 2. Unprofessionalism by the staff while you wait for your appointment 3. Feeling rushed through my appointment 4. the provider seemingly being completely unaware of why I was even there I am completely sad... read more
Prenatal care is definitely lacking in various aspects. You literally don't see your baby through ultrasound after the initial visit... with the exception of the anatomy scan done at the hospital. I mean come on... only allowing for 2 ultrasounds during a long 9 month journey is simply ridiculous to me! I asked for an ultrasound at every visit and regardless of the provider - the answer was NO because my pregnancy was low risk. Unfortunately, I'll never use Virtua again, as they really do take away from the journey.
This one star is only for one your doctor AVNI SEGAL NOT THE OTHER VIRTUA PROFESSIONAL. I had a follow-up appointment today due to bleeding discharge in my pregnancy. The virtua health care team scheduled my appointment with Dr. Avni Segal. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the appointment. Dr. Segal seemed rushed and did not even examine me or check if my cervix was inflamed. She dismissed my concerns without proper examination, which is unacceptable.
