I like this office and staff even though every time I go it's different staff and I understand the rotation of doctors and meeting all of them. Scheduling has never been an issue always able to accommodate you.
I have been a patient here for years. It’s always someone different checking my vaginal . When I have questions regarding my health or just me going through Perimenopause it just seems like they’re unsure what to say or suggest. I feel very uncomfortable going here . They’re not very social at all . I am in the process of looking for a Dr that show they care and understand .
I got my test results but its been one week I want to know about the things and what is my next step no one call and let me know what's going on really bad experience. Staff also not friendly
I had an appointment time and was waiting waiting well past the appointment. EVERYONE that in came after me were called in before me and im still in the waiting room. It was basically empty when I got here filled up while I was waiting and emptied out while I was still waiting.
The MAs are disrespectful and rude. You don’t like your job get a new one. Had the nerve to make snotty remarks while trying to make an appointment and talking to people like they’re stupid. They’re all miserable there.
