I had an appointment time and was waiting waiting well past the appointment. EVERYONE that in came after me were called in before me and im still in the waiting room. It was basically empty when I got here filled up while I was waiting and emptied out while I was still waiting.

The MAs are disrespectful and rude. You don’t like your job get a new one. Had the nerve to make snotty remarks while trying to make an appointment and talking to people like they’re stupid. They’re all miserable there.

I am a transfer prenatal appointment and the experience i had with the mid wife Meredith was excellent. She was thorough kind warm empathetic and I hope i see her again at the hospital. She blew me away with kindness which is lacking now a days in the medical field. She was a great introduction to the practice and I hope everyone else is just as amazing as she is! Thank you for your care Meredith you are great at what you do

Unfortunately, I am joining the many many other women here who have not had a good experience at this office. I originally came here to talk about different birth control methods with a doctor, whose name I don't remember, and felt pressured by her to choose this one specific IUD. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I called to schedule an appointment with my doctor, whom I’ve been seeing for a long time and who knows my case well. Instead, they scheduled me with a nurse without informing me. While she was very kind, she was unable to answer my important questions. The staff was unprofessional and rude, and I will never be returning to this clinic again."
