Dr. Mabanta is a great Dr., it’s his staff that make it bad for him. They never answer the phone and when they do and a message is left for certain people they don’t get back to you. They say they will get things done that are supposed to such as prior authorizations but don’t put them in or start them until a month later when a patient questions it.
