Horrible !!!! Ignored so much I felt like I should have never been there. I didn’t want to be here but my doctor called and insisted I come so I did and I get treated like I don’t exist and can never get any sleep with all the noise in my room horrible experience
Everyone at the hospital were very friendly, helpful, efficient and put me at ease, from checking in through my procedure and recovery. The process was smooth, and had no waiting time. Dr Satzman answered my questions before and the day of my procedure, and caring throughout. The nursing staff, including Nelson and my recovery nurse Cheldany were attentive, friendly and answered all my questions. I was very happy with my care, and would recommend the hospital.
Dr. El Badawi is an excellent doctor. My father went for a routine colonoscopy and a mass was found. From our first visit, Dr. El Badawi made sure that my father and I understood what was going on in his body. He used the diagram to explain the procedure. His team was very thorough, guaranteeing my dad had everything he needed. The day of the surgery he reexplained everything and asked for any questions.
