My son been sitting in the emergency room for over 2 Hours and I haven't seen a nurse come to help anyone yet. I even said something to one of the staff and they said there other things more important but I see them sitting around on their phone SMH It's past 12am been here since 10pm. My sons is curled up on there bench in pain. I went to the Walmart to get some pain medicine came back and he was still there smh This is ridiculous!!!
I was there for echocardiogram Jason was great but people around was very disrespectful to the patients! Someone poked his head to tell Jason he bought a food for everyone without any warning! And telling him to hurry up to get some! Lady outside of the room was so loud, making stupid jokes over and over!
Staff was nice but clearly under staffed thanks to the greedy administration. Im a healthcare worker so I get how it is but I won't return to any virtua after my experience and urge others not to as well
Everyone was so kind .Jeanne at the front desk was very kind.& Kendra was excellent she was also very kind and helpful. She mad my Mammogram go very smooth . I had been to some people that was ruff . I would recommend this Hospital to everyone. Thank you again for your kindness NancyM
Everyone on my treatment team was amazing! Michele B that was a phlebotomy tech was so good at her job- she said I should feel a pinch, but where! I didn't feel a thing when she took my blood. Mckenzie and Michele were my first nurses in room 432 W, I can't say much about them because I was still drugged up from surgery but both of them were nice and caring.
