I recently gave birth at Virtua, and was very satisfied with the care I received there. My experience was not at all trauma inducing which was my main concern with a traditional hospital setting. I would recommend this birthing center to anyone interested in an unmedicated birth.

I absolutely love this practice. All the midwives, the nurses, and front staff are so kind and wonderful. You get treated as an individual person, not a number on a conveyer belt like a traditional OB. Can't say enough good things about this place. It's comfortable, all your questions get answered. These women care about you and I couldn't have asked for a better place for my pregnancy journey. Thank you ladies!!

My wife had two emergency situations. Never received a call back when promised. Only time we get to talk to a mid wife is when we call. Pretty ridiculous. No care.

I cannot recommend Virtua Midwifery enough! From my first appointment to postpartum I felt seen, heard, and like I was family. Not a single appointment was rushed, I never felt as though any question or concern was taken lightly, and they truly cared about me as a whole person and not just a patient. Each midwife I encountered was phenomenal, but I had the most appointments and delivery with Kamil El. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Kamil and the wonderful experience I had from start to finish with this pregnancy.... read more
