First I want to say I love Dr. Berselli, she is the best doctor you can see as a patient. Unfortunately Jill, the lady who works at the front desk is horrible, the absolute worst. As a receptionist she is extremely rude, but I can deal with that,…what I can’t deal with is her threatening me that I will not be given my medication. The medication I am on I can not go without and she has no right to tell patients they will not be getting there medication. This is the most amazing/comfortable MAT treatment facility I have ever been to. I have been in recovery on and off for 8 years. I have been to many different doctors during my addiction and Dr Bascelli is the most caring, kind hearted, knowledgeable doctor I have stumbled across.
