Had an appointment today at MFM. I was so thankful I got Nurse Donna! She was amazing! I had so many questions and I feel like for the first time in my whole pregnancy, the questions were answered. I did not feel rushed or silly asking any question. She took the time and really explained things to me. I felt so much better after talking to her. She was fantastic. She is a great nurse that can really put the patient at ease. Thank you Nurse Donna!
Terrible sonographer experience. Stacy at the front desk is awesome. Being a first time parent and also having a high risk pregnancy. Doubles our uncertainty. If you come to this maternal fetal office. And your sonographer that day is named NICOLE please ask for someone else. Terrible bed side manners. Gave her opinion on subject matter that is not her field but was regarding hospital policy. And overall has a condescending tone towards you. Always a wait. And on top of it they take and check your insurance card EVERYTIME you check in and not once did the tell me I wasn’t covered and I got allll my bills at once and had to pay for four HUGE ultra sounds OOP and let me tell you it’s very pricey. Shame on them for not handing me my card back and letting me know my insurance isn’t covered. Had to cancel my anatomy scan. Sorry u couldn’t get full price from that from me. Moms stay away !!!!!!!!

I had the best experience here!! Steveey at the front desk made me feel so warm and welcome! She made the entry process so easy. My ultrasound tech Adrienne was such a pleasure! She expressed genuine joy when looking at my son. I would come here over and over again!
