Best maternal fetal medicine fetal medicine department around!! Kind, compassionate, and always willing to listen and answer questions - and efficient!!! 10/10 would recommend over the Voorhees location. This one is less crowded and well staffed - they have more folks and more bandwidth to really connect with each patient
The ultrasound techs, doctors, nurses, and front desk were all wonderful at Virtua Mt. Holly MFM. When I had the NST, a nurse stayed in the room with me and gave me feedback on the results, which was the reassurance I needed. My daughter was delivered safely and I am delighted with the care I recieved.
Im giving a 3 because all the staff were great BUT as a high risk patient i was very disappointment in the quality of photos taken during my ultrasound. I haven’t seen the baby since 20 weeks and now that I’m 32 weeks I was expecting to see the baby. The photos were horrendous. I was told that they don’t do 3-D or 4D by the tech And then when I met with the doctor, I was told they only do them for medical reasons. This is absolutely ridiculous. Front desk is really friendly but providers have no regard for anyone else's time but their own, I make an appointment and I'm not called back until 25-30 minutes later. I had one of my appointments with a provider and he didn't even show up to work until 30 minutes into my scheduled appointment time. Came back again, and here I am again 25 miniutes into the appointment waiting to be called back they're saying the patient ahead of me is taking extra time, once I finally got called back she LEFT in the middle of my ultrasound... read more
The staff from the moment we walked in was warm and welcoming. Starting with Jean who had a wonderful personality and was extremely helpful. Our sonographer was Lisa and she was an absolute delight. She told my wife and I what she was doing and what we were looking at the whole time and was very very knowledgeable.
