We had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience at Virtua Willingboro’s Emergency Room. My wife arrived at 5:05 PM with serious symptoms—chest pain, difficulty breathing, hot and cold flashes, and a low-grade fever. Despite these alarming signs, we were still not seen by a doctor over two hours later. Out of desperation and fear for her health, I called another nearby hospital that confirmed she could be seen immediately—so we left. I just want to thank the team at Virtua Willingboro for being such a great team and for providing the best service. You always find one person that can make you feel better about your visit at a medical facility but I truly have to say that this was the Best Team of people I have ever dealt with starting with Dr Patel. I have to thank Jeanne, Aiha, Desire & Sam, Jehad, David, Aja, Carolyn, Leeam and you can't miss Linda who was the star of the day which is hard to do with a team of all -stars.
