I, unexpectedly, needed bloodwork and was directed to the 2nd floor lab where I was taken in for background after waiting a short period of time. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. I need to lie down to have blood taken and a "bed" was available. The person taking my blood, Holly, was superb. I needed two sticks, one in each arm which I thought was unusual. I never felt the needle enter either arm, nor felt either withdrawal. She was excellent.
