Lab is good, but understaffed. Too much work for 1 person to run lab effectively. You need to get another staff member so that lab does not back up to outside. The person taking blood is also the secretary. Not good medical practice.
I have used this lab for more than 4 years now, this is the only one I use. During that time, Martha has usually been the person that I would interact with. She has provided me everything that I need to know and need to expect while in the lab environment. I highly recommend this place My work today had Tiffany draw blood, while Martha did the intake with me. Everything went well and I appreciate both of these professionals.
Martha is truly amazing! Her kind and gentle demeanor make her an exemplary health care provider.
