I have been going here for several years. I have never had a problem. The receptionist today was not helpful and very mouthy/verbal speaking whatever was in her head. She went off several times. It was the worse experience I have had any where. Hopefully she was just having a bad day. We will see. I have to go back tomorrow.
After fasting all night and preparing for my labs, I go and then I’m told they don’t take my insurance, so I have to pay the entire fee out of pocket to get my labs done on time or forgo the appointment and wait for another appointment somewhere else and do it all again. I’m not paying out of pocket so I go home and I call another virtua outpatient lab location to check my insurance with them AND THEY TAKE IT. So now I couldn’t get my labs done today, even though I should have been able to, and I have to wait for another app... read more
