The front desk people are pathetic at cherry hill lab dept, they leave a note for lunch break but no one know when they will be back. They don’t understand what the customer asks for, they clearly messed up the tests I asked for. What a waste of my time! But yes they are doing at one thing- they will send you the bill on time!!! :) nice job Virtua - I tried leaving feedback but there is not one to leave also!! lol!
I'm a very hard stick when getting labs blood drawn to the point 9×s out of 10 I need a ultrasound guided procedure so I was so hesitant to come to virtua health today so we get there it's my turn and this nice little woman by the name of OLGA (MY ANGEL 😇) greeted me i began to tell her how hard of a prick I was but it didn't phase her at all my husband grabbed my hand as usual I was waiting to be torture by this needle and all of a sudden in seconds she had my blood drawn i was so amazed I couldn't believe what she was abl... read more
