I had my labs done on the 22nd of July, and Michele is absolutely amazing! She was so professional, friendly and made the process quick and easy. I usually have issues getting blood drawn, and some phlebotomists have trouble finding my veins. However, Michele truly does A+ work as the blood draw didn't even hurt at all! I admired how she conversed with me during the process and kept me at ease, which made the experience even better. Michelle was very kind and attentive. She made sure to verify my information and tests needed. As one who doesn't like needles, he calm, friendly presence and gentle technique made me very comfortable.
