CHECK YOUR CHARGES!! Virtua merged with a doctors office that I was already going to for over a year. Once Virtua took over, I eventually started getting statements that I owed more money than my copay. When I reached out to my insurance provide to confirm what I should have owed, I realized that they had in fact been taking a $50.00 copay for every appointment, when my copay is actually only $30.00. In August 2022, I brought my wife to the ER for a possible stroke. We waited for over three hours before being seen. After they did an MRI, they said she did have a stroke. Here we are again in April 2025. My wife has had a migraine for three days, bloody nose and trouble breathing. We checked in and waited for three hours again. This is totally unprofessional and medically negligent letting a previous stroke patient sit for that long period of time. This is my final time coming to this hospital.
