First off I am a mental health provider in the community and I would not recommend this placce to anyone . I was referred by a virtua obgyn here for complications after iud insertion. I was referred to Samantha and had an appointment scheduled for today . At 9 am my chart said it was cancelled . I called and they rescheduled it. I then got another message from MyChart saying it was cancelled . I then called in and was told that they talked to Samantha who was referring me to see my obgyn . They don't give a shit about your scheduled appointments or the time or energy wasted scheduling them, they've cancelled mine twice in two months. Don't waste your time
Went to my appointment today and I’m told I didn’t have an appointment. I show the reminder and I am told oh I see it. They ask me for my Insurance Card and then tell me to pay for visit in case insurance doesn’t doesn’t cover. How is that okay. I have a five insurance and I have a copay but don’t tell me to pay a visit you know is covered. The place was not clean either.
My only good thing to say was that the front desk worker Monica was helpful and friendly. However it’s clear this office has a reputation for canceling appointments, claiming they sent messages, and then being sent away without being treated. Today I showed up for my appointment early with active insurance and a referral, to be told my appointment was canceled for no reason and then told someone will reach out in the next three days and to be patient. I made an appointment a month ago and came to the appointment today.the front desk lady said you don't have no appointment here for today.Virtua Health Pelvic needs to be professional or train the front desk This is a waste of my time. I don't appreciate this at all.
