My son has been sick for about a week he went to this place where the fake tan overly Botox face Fernando Guerrero md saw him for a second no treatment his cough has been crazy when he ask to speak with him again he sent security because he doesn’t want to do his job I had to fight for X-ray several hours not fluids no lab nothing despicable by far the most incompetence I’ve ever witnessed and it runs rapid in that place along with sever case of racism back to Fernando who spent more time leaving to get snacks and powering h... read more
This place was welcoming from the moment I walked in the door, from security, reception, triage, to the care I received. The er was empty, and the place was clean. I went in for some chest pain and heart flutters. Dr Joseph O’Connell and the nurse (I wish I remembered her name) were so attentive, and made sure they explain everything to me in detail. Felt more like a family practice than an emergency room !
Staff was extremely professional, kind and caring. The hospital itself was quite , clean and well organized. My nurse, F Giuseppe was Wonderful! Thank you all was good experience in a not so good situation. Deborah Speer
