Horrible experience! Poor Customer Service! I had a terrible experience at this salon that ruined my vacation. I went in for a simple eyebrow waxing just two days before my trip which turned into a nightmare. Spring from the salon caused an injury by peeling skin off my eyelids. The burn was painful, uncomfortable, and lasted for days, disrupting my travel. I even had to take leave from work because of the pain and discomfort.
