I called them 3 times to schedule an appointment to have my septic tank inspected and serviced. Never called back. Won’t answer the phone.
Viro Systems has not returned my calls for a few months. My system is not being serviced at regular intervals as it should be. The last time they were here was 9/29/23. I started trying to contact them before Dec, Jan, and Feb., but I Have not gotten return calls.
The guy that came out to pump my mother n laws septic tank was amazing! I'm sorry I can't call you out by name. We thought the tank was over full...but it wasn't. It was very full but not causing the blockage we thought it was. Come to find out there was a blockage in the pipe from the house to the tank. Anyways, he he got it figured out for us. It was a huge help! Thank you so much! Very friendly amd helpful and very reasonably priced. All around a great experience!
I tried to give them my business twice and twice they ignored me. My guess is that this is a side-hustle, like most septic installers around here.
Very efficient in responding to my calls and fixing my issue.
