Beautiful apartments with awesome amenities and a FANTASTIC staff!
I’m honestly counting down the days until I can move out. I should’ve listened to the bad reviews. In just 3½ months, it’s been nonstop issues. My apartment was dirty on move-in, they didn’t provide the required trash can, and my keys didn’t work for the gym or amenities even after “activation.” I reported a smoky dryer, and they first said they’d replace it, then claimed they mixed my apartment up with someone else’s. I would give 1 star if possible. I’ve lived here in the Viridian for two months now. Upon moving in, the apartment was not clean at all. My parents and I had to sweep, mop, clean the bed, chairs, fridge and everything else, and that is just the state that the apartment was in. The dog section behind building 4 as well as the rest of the property have an incredible stench from the several piles of dog feces all around the property. If I could give less than one star, I would. Living at The Viridian has been nothing but stress, disappointment, and unprofessional treatment. From the moment I moved in, my unit had serious problems: roaches, bugs, water damage, mold, clogged sink/toliet, damaged floors. My air conditioning went out for weeks in the Texas heat, and instead of treating it as a priority, I had to stay with a friend because the apartment was unlivable.
