Living at The Viridian has been an absolute nightmare. From the day I moved in, it’s been nothing but problem after problem with no real solutions. Let’s start with the trash valet service — because this is easily one of the most frustrating and absurd parts of living here. I have had my ups and my downs with this apartment but I can honestly say the new maintenance staff is honestly the most professional and understanding maintenance I have ever seen. They get things handled quickly. The leasing staff does change a lot but this new leasing staff honestly is trying to engage with the community and help the residents. Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Rent has gone up several hundred dollars in the last few years. Frequent internet outages lasting multiple days at the worst times (you will not be reimbursed for that or any other issues regarding your apartment), my car has been wrongfully towed more than once in the years I've lived here, extreme long waits for maintenance issues (I'm talking MONTHS), $300-$500 fine if you set your thermostat below 72 degrees (egregious), not to mention if your AC unit decides to stop working ... read more
