I would give 1 star if possible. I’ve lived here in the Viridian for two months now. Upon moving in, the apartment was not clean at all. My parents and I had to sweep, mop, clean the bed, chairs, fridge and everything else, and that is just the state that the apartment was in. The dog section behind building 4 as well as the rest of the property have an incredible stench from the several piles of dog feces all around the property. If I could give less than one star, I would. Living at The Viridian has been nothing but stress, disappointment, and unprofessional treatment. From the moment I moved in, my unit had serious problems: roaches, bugs, water damage, mold, clogged sink/toliet, damaged floors. My air conditioning went out for weeks in the Texas heat, and instead of treating it as a priority, I had to stay with a friend because the apartment was unlivable. I love staying here, the staff consistently help with whenever I have any problems and quickly respond to maintenance requests. While there are some issues such as internet issues here and there, they just swapped over to a new internet provider and it has been great so far! The staff are super friendly and I couldn't recommend any apartment more than the Viridian!
