Horrid office staff that treat tenants like they are a bother. They are unable to keep the office hours posted. You have to make appointments to pick up your packages. It’s an act of Congress to get things like plugged drains fixed. There are too many other places for students to support a community that is not interested in taking care of tenants
Jalyn was super helpful today with my tour. Very welcoming, if you’re interested in these apartments I would recommend Jalyn to you because she’s very knowledgeable and friendly while also providing the important information you need to know as an interested “future” resident! 10/10 experience!!
The Viridian staff makes my experience great. I was nervous when we got a new manager because I’m sure we’re all aware of how that can be but she has made my stay absolutely amazing I’ve already renewed for another year. The new manager has made many accommodations with me especially when it comes to rent payments. Any and every apartment will have its challenges but the staff is what matters most.
