This company took advanced my client and they didn’t respond , neither delivered any activity for ADU construction in time in Hercules, CA. Irresponsible and very unprofessional. Don’t trust them. You will end up regretting choosing them.
If anybody from Viridi is going to read this review, I hope he/she can do something right about it. My garage conversion it's been on hold for 4 months and I have not received any valid reason why, look...project manager told this week that I need to call Viridi for get the reason....that he doesn't know...I cannot believe what he said to me..Really????!!!
Please do not make my mistake and read the reviews before using this company. We have been paying the loan since 10/2022 and we still have no updates from them on when the project will start. No responses and we have paid them $52,800 so far. I am glad we are discovering this reviews before they could come in and damage our property like they have done to other people. Stay away from Viridi constructions!!!!
It's been over 2 years for a job they never did. Asked for 3 loans from mosiac for 55,000 each. I've tried canceling the loan I've explained they haven't done no work whatsoever. They come to my house and take pictures saying I have new windows frames. The loan is for a new home. Wasn't for home improvements. Mosiac said they'd cancel it but viridi construction does not let. Viridi scammed me. Ever since I found out that their license was canceled, I’ve been trying to reach them through email and no response. They had me take out $45,000 through a mosaic loan for the “plans.” I’ve never seen these plans my city officials confirmed that they were never submitted. If you call them do not trust anything they say. There’s a reason they don’t make their promises “to fix it” in writing.
