The lady that did my nails and pedicure was rude. She never asked me how I liked my nails or what shape I wanted them. I had to stop her and tell her what shape to file my nails. I had to have her redo a couple nails because it looked terrible. I also left with nails polish on my hands. She did not have the talent to be messing with painting nails. I will NEVER be back.
Trinh was very friendly and attentive to detail. I was a walk-in but would happily reschedule with her in the future
The website says that they close at 7:00, the door says that they close at 7:00. I walk in at 6:20. The lights are all on, the sign is flashing open. They turn me away and say they're closed.
