I have been going to this place for past three years and never encountered such worst experience before . My mother received a manicure and pedicure from two different technicians. Unfortunately, both displayed unprofessional behaviour, speaking rudely and gossiping about us in their own language. Changing my review as I had a tech decide to suddenly add a surcharge to a polish change due to the length of my nails. This is one thing if it is clearly indicated and had ever been indicated in the 4-5 years I’ve been a client, but it felt more like she decided to do so because she would have more difficulty (individual preference and skill). So disappointed. I loved this place so much, then today I went in for a gel fill ($55) with black French ($15 add on) and 3 nails missing ($5 per nail I was told at the time, gets me to $85, I was confused cause that seemed high for my usual fill, checked the prices after I left, and they offer a full gel set with French for $78, I was confused so I went back cause maybe it was a mistake but they were very dismissive with me when I went back one lady told me it’s cause of the missing nails and the manager later told me it wa... read more
