This is the best salon in Boston! Every stylist is incredibly talented, and every head of hair that leaves the shop is perfection!!! I have been going for decades, and recommend this salon without reservation!!!
The early morning stylist calls the owner to complain about the other one behind her back, I've witnessed it atleast 3 times and asked around... its very common. She complains and bad talks everyone else who works there except the boss. Even talks bad about her daughter.. unprofessional to be saying to customers, or at all. I've met two young girls they were very nice but I've seen them both be berated and belittled by this stylist. Coincidentally only when owner isnt there.
