The marketing portion is great. I get the lastest updates on sales and services. The issue is when you want to book for a service that requires you to actually contact her. She does not respond promptly. So far its been 48hrs since I requested an appointment, without any response. Not good for business.

Everyone I've given gift certificates to has had nothing but great things to say about their visit, and what a nice gift it was!!
Jen is super nice and sweet! Her new space is gorgeous! Love the quality and the longevity of her eyelash extensions!!
This business is horrible, if i can give 0 stars I would. Jennifer messed up the appointment scheduling and had me down for the same full service back to back. After explaining to her, this must be a scheduling mistake, because when we spoke back In Feb, she only gave me one date and i would like to still keep my appointment, she rudely hung up on me and never answer my phone again.
