10 stars if I could. Virgo beauty studio is the best hair salon I’ve ever been to. They will not let you leave unless you’re 1000% happy with your look. Kf you ever feel any negative way with the way you leave, I suggest being upfront and honest with your stylist because they WILL accommodate you if it’s in their power. Editing my review because the owner is a fool and reached out. They have provided a full refund and offered to fix my hair complementary! This is how all salons should behave. Accountability at its finest. If that’s not good service then I don’t know what is. This is business that cares about its customers and the image they portray to their community. I would just like to share what an awesome experience! had with Madi. She did my lashes and they came out so amazing! Every single time she does them they're great, I Could never go to anyone else. She also gave me an amazing cut. I love being able to go a place where I can get everything done at once. If I could give six stars, I would!
Maria and Hayley did my hair and makeup for my wedding, as well as my bridesmaids and moms, and they did such an incredible job. As an out of state bride, having to trial run everything the day before had me a little nervous, but the ladies, including Ms Baylee the owner, put me at ease. They listened to my feedback and executed it just as we discussed. If I ever need HMU in NOLA again I wouldn't hesitate to choose Virgo Beauty!
Our artists for my wedding were fantastic! They were on time, quick, and so talented. Would definitely use them again.
