My experience with Tom was top notch. Qualified diesel mechanics are hard to come by and typically booked weeks in advance, as was Tom. Lucky for me, he had a no show , and i was able to slip into that time slot. We talked about the issue, he explained it could be two things, he quoted the work for both possibilities but only performed the work needed to fix the truck, keeping me in the loop along the way. Tom has been terrific at diagnosing and repairing my old diesel truck, and even at giving me advice when other issues arise. He’s communicative, straightforward, incredibly knowledgeable and does work like he says when he says. I recommend this shop to anyone.
