Update: the practice manager did finally reach out to me about 10 days later and was able to reschedule me. It seems like they have a new system in place for confirming appointments which is text based so hopefully that prevents the issue I had from happening again Original review: This is just agreeing with all the other reviews that the doctors are fine but the front office staff and practice manager are horrible. My doctor is fantastic and I love her. But the support stuff from the the very very rude and inept receptionists to the nurses who have zero bedside manners I have to give a 2 rating. Also, make sure you carry your orders ...they won't fax them to your referred doctors. And no apology made when they dont.
Horrible experience. My girlfriend went in for a major health concern and was completely dismissed. Dr Hersh also asked her to take time off work with two days' notice after starting a new job, and when my girlfriend responded saying that might not be possible, she was incredibly rude to her and left the room. Not sure what happened or if Dr. Mary Smith was having a bad day but had a TERRIBLE experience with her! Took my daughter for help with debilitating cramping, overly heavy blood flow, and unusually large clots. This was my daughters first experience with a GYN and when she asked for a chaperone to be with her (her mother) she was shamed for asking and told by Dr. Smith that she is over 18 and too old to ask for her mother to be with her!
