I scheduled an annual/pap with Sherrie as a new patient based off of some really great reviews I’d read. The practitioners I interacted with were nice enough, but there were two big things that really disappointed me about my experience: 1. An NP in training handled most of my appointment, with Sherrie only shadowing the exam itself. I scheduled an appointment online but then was told by office staff that I can’t schedule online. That’s fine, so I tried scheduling over the phone (I just moved to this area and had a baby 5 weeks ago) to be offered an appointment in September. I let the staff member know that unfortunately I need something sooner because I am postpartum.
