Dr Z is the BEST GYN I have ever been to and I will from here on out be his patient. He's honest, up front and tells you your options and he doesn't sugar coat anything. I had a procedure done 3 years ago with a different Dr and the procedure was brutally painful. This past Tuesday he did the same test on me and it was virtually painless, just a slight discomfort. As he did the procedure he told me what he was doing and the instruments used. I highly admire him for his communication. You won't be disappointed with Dr Z!!!!!

It takes days to get a callback. You never get an answer on the nurses line and you won't get to speak to a doctor unless you somehow manage to get someone on the phone who will leave him a note. Then it will be put somewhere in a to do pile where he might find it a day or two later. I understand that it's a good thing not to be the most needing patient, but when you are told you will get a call in order to figure out the next step, three days after you were supposed to get that call is mentally exhausting.
