One of their new Veterinarians Samantha "Sammie" Cagle seems to hold the strong belief that low income pet parents don't deserve fair and equal access to proper Veterinary medical care. This was so incredibly disheartening to hear from someone who it seems only just graduated from Veterinary college. You would think that someone with such harsh and insensitive views would be close to retirement. Apparently not. Worst experience of my life. Brought my cat in to be seen and it took them 5 hours to even get me into a room then after getting into a room had yo wait another hour and a half to even see or hear about my cat. No updates or anything. Then they bring him back to me with fleas all over him. Worst vet in the state by far. If i could do negative stars i would.
We came in at 10pm since our dog had broken a nail that wouldn't stop bleeding with quick stop or pressure. I called ahead of time and was told we could bring him in. No one was in the waiting room. He actively bled all over the waiting room from 10pm until 1am without ever seeing the doctor. As dogs came in and were triaged no one was taken back, there was at least 10-20 people waiting to be seen by 1am.
