My dog was bleeding from his butt, vomitting, not eating or drinking for the past 36 hours and was told it wasnt urgent enough and waited 3 hours without even being seen by a doctor, my dog was never seen and i was only offered to “chat” to a tech
I wish I could give zero stars. I took my cat here after she had been constipated for several days. She was passing very little stool and the stool itself was hard. When this happens, her belly gets hard. She had also seen her usual vet a couple days prior. Well. The vet gave her a physical exam and told me there was nothing in her colon. That’s fine. Very disappointed when I called I was told you do same day fecal testing for my canine. Show up with my dog and fecal as advised. Wait over 5 hours for the fecal to be done to then to just be told you do not do same day fecals for canines, its for felines. What the heck is wrong with this place? Both times I came here and have been greatly disappointed with the run around Pony and donkey show. You made this fresh fecal not usable by another vet because you wasted so much time. Disappointing, inefficient late night “urgent” visit. Went in to check our dog for wheezing and labored breathing. Vitals were checked within half an hour, but no indication of whether our dog was critical or not. Ended up having to wait 2 more hours only to hear our dog was not critical and the tech and vet both recommended testing with our normal vet whenever we could get an appointment (not urgent). For a 10pm visit, it would have been more of a win for them AND for us for our non-critical dog sent home right after vitals... read more
