Came here for an urgent kidney stone appointment with Dr. Rhamy. He spent less than 10 minutes with me and basically directed me to wait a month until my kidney stone comes out on its own even though the Dr at the ER said he didn’t think my stone was small enough to pass on its own. For reference my stone is over 5cm. Dr Rhamy said he would provide me additional pain medication since the ER only gave me 3 days worth of medication. three stars only because the doctor was thorough and nice. Current patient, my appointment was at 920. I was still in the lobby at 10:15. I inquired about my appointment and she was like oh she's just running behind. They put me in the room waited 1045.... Doctor was thorough and talked about like options but like why did this take so long? Like definitely don't plan to have other appointments that day. I then had to come back for bloodwork at 1.
Be very careful which county you live in and where you sign the contact. This business billing practice is horrendous. Do not trust them. If you decide to use them only sign in the county you live in. You will absolutely no help in billing.
I went to Va Urology in 2022 I had fused kidney stones. They had to do surgery through back to break it up and take it out. However my Dr hit 3 other organs of mine. Sowed me up and key for the day. When I woke up, my lung was collapsed and I needed thoracic surgery, but because other organs were hit I was bleeding internally. The ambulance came hours later where I was transported to Henrico doctors hospital where I underwent another thoracic surgery because 1st was placed wrong, I had a blood transfusion for blood loss from... read more
