They do whatever they want. They have messed up two simple procedures and will not talk with me about the problems. ( two different procedures )
I saw Dr Glazier and I have never had an experience like I did yesterday. I went in to talk to him about what he found in my cystoscopy. I had to have a catheter changed and I always get very anxious. He and his nurse Lindsey and Millie made me very comfortable and changed my catheter with little to no pain. You can’t ask for better.
My mom has seen a few different providers at Stony Point and Prince George. The PG location was a horrible waste of time. The doctors and nurses do not listen to their patients. One of the nurses was downright rude to us. Yesterday, one of the doctors flat out lied to us saying that the symptoms my mom was having were not related to the condition she was being seen for. Do not waste your time and money going here.
Dr Ellen basically said there were things that could be done to treat my condition. But that he wouldn't. This place doesn't like transgender people, or at least he doesn't. But the nurse was extemely rude too. Everyone was called to the back with a friendly "Mr, Clark" or "Miss Stevens". I got an angry and impatient yelling of just my last name. Did not receive even "acceptable" treatment. Absolutely horrid.
