I would never take make truck to any other shop then Virginia Truck Authority.
Went to Ford to get a service on my truck and an Inspection, they said i failed an Inspection because a Upper ball joint had to much play in it and needed to be replaced, i asked how much and they wanted $880 to fix it, I called Robert at Virginia Truck Authority and they replaced all 4 for under the price Ford wanted to fix 1. If yall need some work done on your trucks, give them a call he will do you right, and the work is top notch!!
Would like to give a big thanks to VA Truck Authority for getting the truck ready for the road. They got the old decals removed, the wheels, tanks, steps, and headache rack cleaned up looking a lot better, changed all filters and oil, mounted a toolbox, installed a new light on top of the headache rack, painted the frame, put in a new dash panel, airlines, and custom light panel.
Virginia Truck Authority…check them out! Had a work truck go down, one of the big shops said it would need a motor. VTA picked up the truck, found and fixed the real problem, and saved me over $11,000! Good people you can trust! Well worth the drive to Hopewell.
My car had an awful smell and we couldn’t figure out what was causing it. After looking at it for just a few minutes, the owner knew it was an issue with the battery and had a price for fixing it!
