If I could give zero stars, I would. Went in today (8/27/26) because the unit on my reefer kept stalling. The tech on duty just cleared the alarm (which I had done multiple times to get it to restart), said he did a pretrip on it and it passed, and sent me on my way. An hour later, the unit did the same thing. My company then sent me to the sister company in Chesapeake where the tech actually spoke & listened to me, figured out what the issue was, explained it to me, and fixed it good enough for me to get the trailer to our ... read more

Avoid this business if you value your time. I called ahead to confirm shop availability and was assured they could look at our unit right away. However, after my driver arrived, he was left waiting for 6 hours without a mechanic ever touching the trailer. Because of the excessive delay, we had to leave without service. To make matters worse, staff started cursing at us and demanding payment for work that was never performed. Completely unprofessional and rude customer service. I will not be using them again.

"24-hour service" apparently means "wait until 8:00 AM." A company representative was instructed by after-hours service to send me 45 miles out of route for trailer repairs. I arrived at 4:37 AM and was left waiting outside a locked gate because they couldn't locate their technician. I ended up waiting until after 8:00 AM for service. No apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience—just hours wasted. I did get the repairs done and I did meet Mr. Miyagi. So they get some of props.
