"24-hour service" apparently means "wait until 8:00 AM." A company representative was instructed by after-hours service to send me 45 miles out of route for trailer repairs. I arrived at 4:37 AM and was left waiting outside a locked gate because they couldn't locate their technician. I ended up waiting until after 8:00 AM for service. No apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience—just hours wasted. I did get the repairs done and I did meet Mr. Miyagi. So they get some of props.

Awesome place. Had an issue with my reefer while under a load after hours. Woody came out, and had my unit up and running in less than an hour.
Broke down 12:30 load on the on call mechanic Herb was incredible his knowledge and experience was great. Two days later dealt with office they corrected problem with out question I would highly recommend this company nothing but Professional
