I was having issues with my reefer trailer and came here. I was kindly greeted and attended by the staff. The Manager, Cindy and Herb were amazing, they went above and beyond to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you for everything. I came in here on June 12th to get my apu fixed. Was told it was the ccu board. Went back next day when the part came in to get it installed. I was told that board was bad. They said they would put their test board in so I had a/c until another new board came in and they would call me. Well a/c still didn't work and here we are two months later and I have heard nothing from them. They don't do PM service in the summer. Because it takes 2 hours, and they can spend that time working on the trailers. 🤷♂️
Very respective and A1 on customer service.
