They put a new tire on my riding mower. They did good work but they hid a $13 valve stem charge from me. I told them I didn’t need one but they initially told me it was free. Then I found it on my bill when I paid the next day.

Worked with Dean on the purchase of a new lawn tractor. My purchase process was okay at best. I could have bought online and had a better experience than going in and talking to someone. I sold myself the tractor and had to research that I needed the upgraded version. When we started talking about price, they would not give the discount that was shown on the John Deere website.
