We have tried this place twice about a year apart and both times felt it was overpriced and some unnecessary repairs were recommended. After taking it to another shop for a second opinion our suspicions were confirmed.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your facility Leesburg VA. I waited for two hours for a routine emissions test, only to be denied the service because an employee claimed one of my tires was not in good condition. I specifically requested an emissions test, not Inspection, not a full vehicle inspection. It is my understanding that an emissions test does not require an assessment of tire condition.
