Not to be trusted with inspection. My car failed due to a nick in the windshield that was measured at 1 inch (VA state law says it cannot pass if larger than 1.5 inches). The nick was sealed a few years ago by Safelite and has passed inspection here before. According to their records, the same inspector that passed my car last year is the same one who failed it this year. They insisted I needed a new windshield. Staff here is great! I stopped by to see if someone could help me put new plates on my car and an employee came right away out into the cold weather to do it at no charge! The waiting area also looks very nice, clean, and comfortable! I will take my car here whenever I need service!

I called to set up appointment and provided the facebook promo code for 1/2 off oil change. Once I arrived they refused to take it and claimed it was a scam(Even though it was clearly their account and ad). Seemed uninterested in really looking into it and helping.

This is THE place for routine maintenance and inspections. With the membership, oil changes are reasonably priced. It does get more expensive for tires and other services. I can replace my hepa filter for much less than the quoted price, thank you. The line for inspections starts 30mins before they open. Like I said, this is THE place for inspections. You gotta beat the crowd.
