They were timely with the work I asked them to do. There was a small issue when I arrived for pickup and they quickly went above and beyond to rectify it. I really appreciated it and it was as professional as can be. 5 stars for that.
I went for my state inspection, and it was done in a timely manner. A very pleasant experience.
Stay far away from this location if you value your time! Virginia tire as a whole has been on a steady decline for quite some time, but this location put the nail in the coffin. I went to the Chesterfield location In May of 2024 because I needed a quick oil change while visiting family over the weekend. To my surprise it took over 4 and a half hours just for an oil change and tire rotation! The entire morning gone just waiting for my car to get a 30-40 minute service, even though it was scheduled well over a week in advance.... read more
