Virginia Tire & Auto provided excellent service from start to finish. The process was fast, efficient, and the facility was very clean. Mohamed was especially helpful—he took the time to clearly explain the services and helped me understand what was best for my car without any pressure. His professionalism and knowledge really stood out. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for honest and reliable auto service.
First they want to charge you 100$ to patch a tire with a nail in it. Second they can't even get it taken care of that day when your the first customer in the store. This place is a joke
Extremely disappointing experience at VA Auto & Tire. I showed up at 6:55 AM for a safety inspection and was second in line. When inspections started, my car—a brand new Lucid electric vehicle—was actually taken in first and completed by around 8:14 AM. So far, so good. But then things went downhill. Always Great service at VA tire Broadlands!
New customer; paid over $300.00 for 30 minutes of labor to re-route a brake line and install a $5.00 tension spring. This included the initial inspection fee of $175.00. Did not authorize service. In March 2026, I noticed a feint "rubbing/knocking" sound when turning the steering wheel to the left under load. Removed front left tire; inspected various components.
