Very bad customer service experience. They put you on hold for 15-20 mins and never answer the call
I really appreciate the work and the employee Manny is very helpful and I really appreciate his work.
I came in last week to try and get an emissions test They didn’t have the availability and also tried to charge me $50 for just an emissions test when even online it says $30…. I left and looked for another place. That is just outrageous. Just because I’m a young girl that doesn’t mean you can try to upsell me. I will never come back to this please because they’re not honest.
If possible, they have gotten even worse.

Mohamed was especially helpful—he took the time to clearly explain the services and helped me understand what was best for my car without any pressure. His professionalism and knowledge really stood out. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of service provided.
