I've been bringing my vehicles here for basic maintenance services (oil changes, filters, tires, brakes, etc.) for over ten years. It's always been a simple and straightforward experience. It's not the cheapest place for these services but less than the dealership. The waiting area is large and clean. If your bill is more than $50 and you're going within a certain radius, they'll arrange for a free one-way Lyft ride. The staff is helpful. I visited this shop for the first time for a routine emissions test. I dropped off my car at 8 AM and was told it would be ready by noon. I received no updates, and when I called at 2 PM, I learned their emissions machine had malfunctioned, and they failed to notify affected customers. Multiple calls were met with long holds or staff unaware of my car’s status. The lack of communication and unprofessional service made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this location.
The Broadlands location was very professional and friendly. They also were $40 less than another garage for the tire alignment that my car needed. The service was done in a half day AND they have a deal with Lyft that if you spend $50 or more for a service, you get a one way pick up back to your house, if your car needs to be left there. Will totally use them for all my tire needs….thank you!
