My husband and I have been to Virginia Tile a couple times for various house projects. Always walked away unimpressed. Last time we went we were greeted and helped by Alex. I immediately loved everything about her! She was so friendly and beyond helpful. She made our whole experience so much easier, as tile shopping can be quite overwhelming. First, I want to say Virginia Tile Company has a great selection of tile to choose from and the tile itself is very high quality. I had a great experience with Michael in the showroom in Warrensville Heights. He was extremely helpful and concise. What has led to this 2 star review is the customer service end of the company. I had purchased tile for our bathroom floor and ended up having a lot left over from the project (6 boxes one of which I kept). Impressive selection, prices are 20-30% higher than others. I prefer to pick my own, but they want to help.
I visited the Warrensville Heights showroom today looking for tile for my master bathroom floor and shower. Lolita help me pick some great tiles and made the experience enjoyable and productive. She even let me borrow some tile to show my wife who couldn’t make it to the showroom today. Thank you, Lolita!
