I was excited for their new website, but it is defunct. It acts like it will take a payment but then says there has been an error. Also, the young employees at the front desk have the worst attitude. I'm sorry you don't have a trust fund, and that you have to help customers at a job. Just have a nice attitude; it doesn't cost anything for Christ's sake.
I was so excited for their new website but it is defunct. It acts like it will take a payment but then says error 500 or just that there has been an error in general. The website itself looks shiny, but it acts like a 3rd grader built and runs it. Also, the young employees at the front desk have the worst attitude. Overcharges college students
I called Virginia Tech Electric 3 days before I was moving out of my apartment to stop my service (June 28th) . I talked to someone that works at VTES and was told it wouldn't be a problem. I received my bill and you guessed it... it was billed through July 15th. I called them this morning on my way to work and was told that I did not call and that it would have been noted on my account. When I told the person I was talking to that I wouldn't be paying for that half of the bill she told me they would send it to collections. ... read more
