I was initially very happy with the service. They told me that my limestone might require another coat of sealant, so they would come back to do that. When they did, they were in and out in 5 minutes while I was in a meeting. When I came downstairs to inspect, I saw that new ring marks and water splash marks were visible near the sink. When I previously used this company when Chris the owner ran things a few years ago, I was very satisfied. Unbeknownst to me until recently, I learned he sold the company to two fellows that supposedly worked for him. Therefore, I reasonably expected the service would remain the same. When Asim came out last Monday, we had a good conversation and he sent me the quote in about two days. I called Virginia Stone Restoration because I had a really nasty Drano spill on my granite counters that left them stained. I received quotes from several local businesses, but VA Stone Restoration offered to beat their price, and I felt good about the technician I spoke to on the phone so scheduled service. We had to reschedule our appointment twice, but this was remedied to my satisfaction. They finally came in to do the work today, and the result is really fantastic.
