Mike Hmara was an outstanding physical therapist in ALL respects. Were it not for his high level and insurmountable amount of knowledge, expertise, and skill, I would not be functioning with my problematic hip. He is an experienced therapist and is a keen listener who know how to appropriately and productively address a patients' needs. I highly recommend Virginia Sportsmedicine Institute (VSI) Physical Therapy McLean. Each physical therapist and all of their support staff are very knowledgeable, talented and goal oriented. Mike has been my lead physical therapist and has been instrumental in my recovery after many months of knee and back pain. Following total knee replacement I have been a patient here for 16 sessions. Due to the skill and coaching I have received I have made significant strides towards normal range of motion. This is the best PT clinic I have been to. Unfortunately I have a lot of experience with PT.
