I was told I would be seeing dr Fawaz but was sent to a practitioner. The staff was rude and extremely unkind to me as I was in pain and distraught . I waited well over an hour and when I asked for help to see a psychologist that I was told was needed to give an evaluation , I was told to look at the back of the card I was given . I will be back and I will make sure no one has to go through this again when they are desperately looking for help
