Dr. Smith-Bronstein was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond for a very unique ENT situation that other doctors were unable to solve for us. Two times she urgently squeezed us in during her busy day, once in the hospital after her day had ended and once when we needed her to perform a procedure - she saw us immediately. She solved a very painful situation, listened to us, and again, rearranged her day for us which I’ve never seen a doctor do. Thank you Dr. Smith-Bronstein!
She was highly unprofessional. Was downright rude and disrespectful. She didn’t at all address my concerns and instead of referring me to someone who could help me she responded with “it’s not my job to refer to someone else” I have never in my life seen someone speak to a patient this way. There are such wonderful ENTs in this area- you shouldn’t need to come to her
