We brought my 15 month old grandson in for an evaluation due to stubborn ear infections. Dr. Smith-Bronstein was fantastic with making him comfortable and content right from the start. She explained everything and thoroughly answered all of our questions. We also saw another fantastic staff member/associate for ear drum testing and she was great with him/us. The administrative staff was also top notch! Way to go doc!! Thank you
She was absolutely amazing! She took the time for my son to get comfortable with her and stop crying played with him and really made this process a positive experience for him! I wish all doctors were as great as she was. Even the second doctor to test his ear drums took the time to make him comfortable!
