Such a great trip. They keep the adult groups separate from the groups with kids, which is ok, it would have been nice to sit in the observation car but I get it. Food was awesome, kids loved the grilled cheese. We loved our good too. Staff are super nice!! They made the trip very comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely hard to get tickets so you need to jump on the site as soon as you get the notification they're on sale. The Virginia Scenic Railway is truly a gem in our area. We had the best time seeing our familiar places through a new light: the train went right by our farm in Crozet. The food was fantastic and service stellar. We will recommend it to all our customers and guests!
