Best customer service in the industry. I was confused when I tried to set up my jetter so I called and spoke with someone. They were nice enough to call me back to make sure I had it figured out.
Placed an order with the company and they called to let me know it would take about a week for shipping. 5 DAYS later they send me an email to tell me they never charged the order and now its been flagged because I paid for it online (this is how orders are placed for their company) and turned into a quote that has to be paid a different way. Absolute S-tier customer service. I had some custom steel bumpers for my SUV shipped from CA and they ended up being delivered here somehow. They kindly signed for my package and let me pick them up the next day. The two nice gentlemen helped me load everything into my vehicle and even disposed of the huge shipping box and pallet for me. This was super helpful as I live in an apartment complex so receiving large shipments is challenging. Thank you so much for all your help! I appreciate y'all!!
Terrence was extremely helpful and customer focused. I drove 4 hours to get a bunch of hoses and supplies. He went above and beyond staying after hours to make sure I had everything I needed! A+ customer service!
Varco Supply is the easiest place to get any kind of air or utility hoses. They always have what I’m looking for no matter the project, From leaf collection hoses to camlock parts to Chicago fittings for our compressors. Terrance is super friendly and very knowledgeable on all of the parts, machines and tools they have. Could not ask for a better team to work with.
