Dr Meyer was very rude to my husband. My husband has a fear of people messing with his eyes and he has diabetic retinopathy. Fears are real. He had no patience in trying to help my husband through the procedure that needed to be done and had the nerve to tell him that he was getting backed up because of him and he was 45 minutes late seeing my husband. We stopped at the desk briefly on the way out she said- Do you want to make another appointment I said no ma'am we will not be back- We will go elsewhere!!
Have been taking husband to these doctors since 2010. All doctors are very knowledgeable and all staff have been well trained to administer various eye screening tests. Office is often very busy but all staff efficiently work to get office visit completed within reasonable timeframe.
The staff is very professional and pleasant to deal with. Dr. Nanda is wonderful and explains everything in detail. Busy place, but they get you in quickly. I would recommend to everyone !
