I spent three hours yesterday waiting in various lobbies to be seen by two doctors and assorted medical staff for a total of 35 minutes. My eyes were dilated and I was left in a sitting room for over an hour while other patients came and went. Twice I asked when I would be seen and was told in a few minutes. After a full hour of waiting and a third request for help I was finally taken to a room for tests on my eyes. Then I was taken to a room for a doctor to review photos of eyes. Don't expect your appointment to start anywhere near on time and plan to be there much longer than you expect
Saw Dr Gautier and was not too impressed, I was not given time that pts should get to be explained exactly what the plan is for the future, he said stuff and walked out not even saying bye. Very unprofessional . Other stuff was very friendly!
